Good quality and well-used parks and open spaces provide opportunities for local people to improve their health meet their neighbours and engage with the natural world and its biodiversity. Parks and green spaces also provide for flood alleviation and carbon emissions mitigation. However there are still far too many neighbourhoods in Britain where the local open space remains unloved and neglected and the potential benefits for local people remain unrealised. We want to change that!

We know that there are many energetic people up and down Britain with great ideas about how they could improve their local spaces. Our Charity fund is committed to helping them turn their ideas into reality! We have set up the Growing a Greener Britain crowdfunding platform to showcase projects, raise funds and enable local people to get help from others in their neighbourhood!
